Littelfuse High-Current Reflowable Thermal Protection Device (HCRTP-MINI)

The HCRTP-MINI device provides protection against thermal runaway when power FETs and other components fail. It can be used for applications sustaining operating currents up to 140A at rated voltages of up to 60V DC. HCRTP-MINI can be used in electric, hybrid, or conventional vehicles to protect such modules as: DC/DC converter, Smart Junction Box, ABS/ESC, Active Dumper system, HVAC, Cooling Fan, Turbo generator (48V), Dual battery network (12V), PTC or Resistive Heater, Battery Disconnect unit, Electronic Power Steering (EPS), or Starter.
