GameChangers: The Revolution in Device Connectivity

GameChangers for device connectivity

Phoenix Contact presents the GameChangers for device connectivity: With progressive ideas, technologies, and materials, they offer solutions for improving speed, compactness, weight, robustness, flexibility, and performance in device manufacturing.

Innovative connectors such as the double-wire connectors for Single Pair Ethernet impress not only with their transmission speed, but also by speeding up design-in, installation, and commissioning. PCB connectors demonstrate their performance capabilities in a particularly small amount of space. Each millimeter is used to achieve greater performance and functional density, as in the case of PCB connectors with Push-in connection with a pitch of 6.35 mm, for example. Innovative connection technologies make it very easy to connect devices, as in the case of lever-actuated PCB connections or M12 connectors with push-pull fast-locking, for example.

Robust products with high degrees of protection, such as weatherproof outdoor housings or installation connectors for safe power distribution are suitable for a power play even in harsh conditions. Flexible and customizable connectors and housings extend the design options of the devices. Powerful connectors deliver full power for demanding applications. For example, the cross-manufacturer-compatible M17 and M23 connectors for consistent signal and power transmission or connectors for energy storage up to 1,500 V.
