Lakeside Completes Acquisition of CW Mechanical Limited in Sudbury

Lakeside Process Controls Ltd. has acquired CW Mechanical Limited effective Friday, November 15th, 2019.

CW Mechanical Limited (CW) is a Sudbury-based mechanical services company providing valve repair services to industrial and commercial customers in Northern Ontario. With over 10 years of experience, CW’s reputation in the region has resulted in ongoing customer loyalty. Offering a full scope of mechanical services, with a focus on repair and certification of safety relief valves, CW strives to treat each project with meticulous attention to detail.

At Lakeside, it is our top priority to solve your most difficult automation challenges. The combination of Lakeside and CW’s local knowledge and customer intimacy in mechanical services, sales, engineering, and an established base of best in-class products will position Lakeside to better serve customer needs. With CW as the newest member of our team, Lakeside will further strengthen customer relationships with our Northern Ontario customers that we’ve been serving for decades.

Here we grow! This acquisition will accelerate our plans to expand our footprint to build a full service and production facility in Sudbury. In addition, we will use this opportunity to engage with new customers with pump services and mobile O2 cleaning services.
