Cummins Inc. and Meritor, Inc. recently announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Cummins will acquire Meritor, a global leader of drivetrain, mobility, braking, aftermarket and electric powertrain solutions for commercial vehicle and industrial markets. Under the terms of the agreement, Cummins will pay $36.50 in cash per Meritor share, for a total transaction value of approximately $3.7 billion, including assumed debt and net of acquired cash.

Closing is expected by September 2022, subject to the relevant regulatory approvals. Yunex Traffic is a leader in innovative and intelligent infrastructure and traffic solutions for roads and cities. As a global leader in mobility infrastructure technology and services, Atlantia is a long-term, strategically oriented new owner for Yunex Traffic.
