Littelfuse, Inc., an industrial technology manufacturing company empowering a sustainable, connected, and safer world, invites electrical engineers to join a webinar on heavy-duty vehicle electrification, Reducing Emissions Through Electrification. Fewer than 10 percent of the vehicles used today are heavy-duty vehicles, yet they contribute more than 25 percent of the emissions caused in traffic. Eliminating these emissions by electrifying this class of vehicles is a rewarding, but challenging task.

The webinar will take place on Thursday, June 24, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Central Daylight Time. There is no cost to attend, and attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions in a Q&A session after the presentation.

Attendees will learn:

  •    –   The differences between heavy-duty vehicles and passenger cars
  •    –   The multitude of power electronic driven sub-applications inside the vehicle
  •    –   The infrastructure needed to support zero-emission long-hauling
  •    –   The value chain involved in decarbonizing the transportation sector
