Littelfuse, Inc., an industrial technology manufacturing company empowering a sustainable, connected, and safer world, has introduced hex-screw head options for its 60 Ampere models for the LFR and LFT series of fuse blocks. This easy-to-use screw head style is ideal for manufacturing automation, helping OEMs simplify the tightening process for their components to reduce assembly errors.

“When a major OEM approached Littelfuse about the challenges they were having with their installation tightening processes, we immediately committed to helping them find a solution,” stated Craig Greeson, product manager, Littelfuse Industrial Business Unit. “The new 60 Ampere fuse blocks are part of a series designed with hex-screws for assembly applications that need to be precise and repeatable to increase manufacturing efficiencies and produce high-quality products.”

Hex-screw 60 Ampere fuse blocks:

  •    –   Accommodate a wide range of existing mounting configurations
  •    –   Feature a snap-to-release DIN-rail mounting for easier installations
  •    –   Include reinforced fuse clips for increased reliability
