The list of Great Places to Work® is based on direct feedback from employees of hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work®. Electromate’s Trust Index score exceeded the minimum threshold required for certification. The data has a 90% confidence rating with a plus or minus 5% margin of error.
