With SEW-Eurodrive's new mechatronic industrial gear unit, they will be the first supplier to deliver industrial gear units, motors and decentralized frequency inverters in a standard package. The inverter-controlled Plug & Play solution reduces project planning to a small number of interfaces.

NTN Bearing Corporation of America is pleased to announce the launch of its latest product line, ULTAGE spherical roller bearings. Combining premium-grade materials, optimized design and precision manufacturing, ULTAGE is the new generation of high-performance bearings from NTN that delivers unmatched service life, the highest limiting speeds and the best load capacities on the market to maximize the productivity of your equipment.

Power-on Clutches are used to couple two parallel shafts. The armature hub assembly is mounted to the same shaft as the rotor assembly. The armature hub accommodates a pulley, gear, sprocket, etc., to transmit torque to the second shaft. The field assembly is mounted on the shaft and retained by a loose-fitting pin or bracket through the anti-rotation tab.

NORD DRIVESYSTEMS supplies reliable drive technology with reinforced bearings and increased bearing spacing for the processing industry. This ensures maximum radial and axial load capacities and longer service life of the gear units.

AC Gearmotors are rugged and built for demanding applications. With quiet and reliable operation, AC gearmotors combine the speed and torque of an AC motor with the benefits of parallel shaft reducers, planetary reducers, and right angle reducers, creating a compact, high torque gearmotor. This makes them a good choice for applications where high torque, continuous duty, and space are important considerations.

Technological Excellence, Mechanical Efficiency, Operating Economies, Brevini Power Transmission industrial Expertise. These are the qualities of the new E Series: the ideal solution for industry in the third millennium.

NMRV and NMRVpower worm gear reducers currently re-present the most advanced solution to market requirements in terms of efficiency and flexibility. The new NMRVpower series, also available as compact integral helical/worm option, has been designed to guarantee a high modularity. Low number of basic models can be applied to a wide range of power ratings guaranteeing high performance.

The vertical gearmotor-VGM, is a highly efficient drive package for low-speed vertical pumping applications with high power requirements. The VGM is built on a standard low pole count motor platform, utilizing proven, highly efficient Dodge planetary gear technology. Compared with common pump drive technologies, which can be large, expensive and inefficent, the VGM offers significant benefits.

The industrial gear units XP series are extremely space-saving planetary gear units for very high torque ratings up to 5 200 kNm. They enable specific drive solutions for applications in the high-performance area. An additional advantage: They are able to very flexibly customize the amount of stages and the individual gear ratios to your application.

Unlike some cam driven systems, the Precision Ring Drive Systems can start and stop at any incremental position. Users can change the motion profile by simply loading a new servo drive program. The Precision Ring Drive System also allow maximum acceleration or deceleration at any point without the risk of damage.
